These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7game1 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Each individual may hold only one account on 7game1. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within duplicate registrations.

Age Fraud Warning: Any person who provides false information regarding their age during registration is in breach of these Terms and applicable Philippine law. 7game1 reserves the right to immediately close any account where age fraud is discovered, forfeit all balances therein, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.
The Platform is operated under PAGCOR license for the Philippine market. Players must ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. 7game1 does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering an Account.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms, are not acting under duress, and are not using the Platform as a means of money laundering or any other unlawful activity. Persons subject to a self-exclusion order — including any PAGCOR-issued exclusion — are not eligible to hold an active Account on the Platform.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the 7game1 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 7game1 employs technical and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts.
Upon detection of multiple accounts, 7game1 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate all balances — including Real Money Balances — held across the duplicate accounts, pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent points when information is requested by the Platform or required for KYC compliance. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.
You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your Account details promptly through the Account Settings section to avoid disruption to your account access and payment processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated for two-factor authentication. Specifically:
You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you, unless you have promptly notified 7game1 of unauthorized access and cooperated fully with the subsequent investigation.
7game1 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) via InstaPay typically credit within 1–3 business hours. PesoNet transfers may take up to one (1) business day to process. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are credited upon payment confirmation from the payment provider.
All transactions on the 7game1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 7game1 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 7game1 is required by PAGCOR regulation and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to report suspicious transactions. Deposits from sources that cannot be verified as legitimate personal funds may trigger a KYC review or account freeze pending investigation.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the 7game1 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. General bonus rules applicable to all promotions unless otherwise specified include:
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms: slots contribute 100%; live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) contribute 10–20%; RNG table games contribute 20%; sports betting and sabong contributions are stated per promotion. All bets placed on the 7game1 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules for that specific game or betting market. A bet is confirmed and binding only when the Platform has accepted and recorded it — confirmation is typically indicated by a bet reference number or on-screen confirmation message. Bets placed after the stated cut-off time for a market are void.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market and are displayed within the game interface or betting panel before the bet is placed. 7game1 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Bets that exceed the stated maximum stake for a market may be void or adjusted to the maximum permitted amount at the Platform's discretion.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Real Money Balance in cases including but not limited to: system errors affecting game outcomes, disconnection during a live game round, incorrect odds or payout calculations resulting from technical error, or force majeure events. Settlement of all bets is final once the game round or event has been concluded and results confirmed — retrospective disputes regarding settled bets will only be reviewed where clear technical error is demonstrated.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any Platform content beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from 7game1. Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7game1 shall not be liable for:
7game1's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
7game1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the circumstances — in the following situations:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a proven breach of Terms, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player following satisfactory verification, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure for any reason.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 7game1 support via the live chat function. Before closing your Account, ensure any remaining Real Money Balance is withdrawn. Balances remaining in closed accounts will be held for a period of twelve (12) months after closure, during which you may contact 7game1 to claim the remaining balance pending identity verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7game1 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before commencing any formal legal action, Players are encouraged to raise disputes through the 7game1 Platform's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat. 7game1 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 3 business days and endeavor to resolve disputes within 14 business days. If a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Protection division for regulatory review.
7game1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered account address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
